He is the editor of the NAFA Journal and previously served as editor of the NAFA Hawk Chalk newsletter.&amp;nbsp; Mr. D’Arpino is also an active member of the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection’s Conservation Advisory Committee. &lt;/p&gt;
