Please join us for a very different conversation on the topic of "species of concern" presented by Jerry Travers as he couples this topic with a talk titled "Epigenetics-Rapid Evolution?"

Epigenetics is the study of changes that occur to species that can help us see where we are headed with our preservation programs, extermination programs, and genetic modification programs.

We believe Jerry's talk will perhaps enlighten you to the idea that there is a basic design to all species that fits hand in glove with its environment.

Jerry Travers grew up in Meriden and attended UCONN where he studied plant sciences. He has lived in and gardened in: CT, Utah, Hawaii, California, Arkansas and Wisconsin, and is presently farm manager of Sweet Birch Farm in Meriden. Jerry has been involved in ecological agriculture for over 40 years and has lectured on how to increase nutrient density for 30 years. He has authored 4 books on nature's design.
